What we collect

Coco’s Arts collects the details you submit in a creative profile application, including your name, email, location, roles, biography, links, optional photo and consent choices. Event booking requests collect your name, email, ticket selection and quantity.

How we use your information

We use application information to review membership, manage profiles and respond to requests. Approved public profiles show only your selected creative information: name or display name, location, roles, biography, photo and links. Your application email and WhatsApp request are never displayed publicly.

Your choices

Public display requires separate consent and approval. You can edit your profile after signing in. Edited profiles return to review. To withdraw public-display consent or request deletion, contact Coco’s Arts through the social contact on its official channels. A dedicated privacy contact will be added before public launch.

Storage and access

Information is stored using Lovable Cloud. Only authorized administrators can review applications and bookings. Profile photos are held privately and approved photos are accessed using temporary links. WhatsApp invitations are sent privately to approved members.

Payments and retention

No online payments or donations are collected yet. Information is retained while needed for membership, applications or bookings. Final retention periods and the responsible contact will be confirmed before public launch.
